Thrilling Calgary... one flash mob at a time!

Surprise flash mobs at centre ice during Flames games;  A dancing zombie army in the Stampede Parade;  And our charity 'Thriller' world record attempt each Halloween.  

Our goal is to inspire and challenge people of all ages; with fun, outside-the-box ways to get active and stay fit and healthy.  And, along the way, we hope to make our city just a little bit more epic...
